Skip the Thanksgiving marathon this year. Chef Brandon and the Coast2Coast Culinary kitchen in Castle Rock cook a complete, from-scratch Thanksgiving dinner. It comes fully prepped in oven-safe containers with simple heating instructions, so you just warm, serve and enjoy the day.

Order by Thursday, November 19. Pickup is Wednesday, November 25 from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at our kitchen (1605 Park St, Suite C, Castle Rock). Delivery ($30) is available within 15 miles, the same day.

What’s in the Thanksgiving meal kit

Appetizer (choose one)

• Holiday Charcuterie Board: cured meats, gourmet cheeses, grilled vegetables, gingerbread, candied walnuts, caramelized figs with balsamic glaze, seasonal jams
• Apple, Bacon & Smoked Gouda Tarts: caramelized apples and onions, sage
• Butternut Squash Soup: maple crouton garnish

Additional appetizers: $25 (feeds 4–6) or $50 (feeds 7–10).

• Spatchcocked, Brined Turkey with traditional gravy
• 105W Brewery Stout-Braised Short Ribs with stout au jus

• Confit Garlic Mashed Potatoes: cheddar and parmesan
• Roasted Winter Root Vegetables: maple glaze
• Sage Cornbread Stuffing: caramelized onions, celery, fresh sage and herbs

• Delivery: $30 within 15 miles of our Castle Rock kitchen. Deliveries go out Wednesday, November 25, and are all completed by 2:00 PM.

How do I reheat everything?

Everything comes in oven-safe containers (where applicable) with heating instructions. Most of the meal just needs to warm in the oven on Thanksgiving Day.

How many people does it feed?

The $285 kit feeds 4–6 people and the $545 kit feeds 7–10. For a bigger crowd, add a second kit or extra appetizers and add-ons.

Is there a vegetarian or vegan option?

Yes. Add the Vegan Heirloom Vegetable Lasagna ($50). Contact us about other dietary needs and we’ll do our best to help.

When is the last day to order?

Orders must be in by Thursday, November 19.
