Whether for meal prep, catering, private chef dinners, or events, all food served by Coast2Coast Culinary starts with humble beginnings, from scratch, using the best possible foods, freshest ingredients, and local purveyors whenever possible. “What grows together goes together”.

Coast2Coast Culinary is a local business. The food, the interactions, the events, the experiences are given individual attention and as such, Coast2Coast can be nearly infinitely flexible and agile to serve our clients.
Versatility
We can serve a family of four – or a corporate gala for 500, and will do so with the same attention to detail, quality and service. We love food, and think that the best memories are made with incredible meals.
The People
Coast2Coast Culinary is led by our Chef Brandon Cant, an irrepressibly positive, creative, intellectually curious chef. Brandon’s personal ethos - “Play with your food” is the lens through which we operate. At Coast2Coast Culinary, that humility, passion and enthusiasm permeates all we do.
