Borne by love of food, intrensic curiosity and passion for community, Coast2Coast Culinary has evolved and grown into a food and service-first company creating incredible memories, serving approachable regional and international cuisine.
From California to Colorado.
In 2017, Executive Chef Brandon Cant made a major life change, relocating from Southern California to Colorado after more than 20 years in the food and restaurant industry. Upon arriving, he quickly immersed himself in the vibrant and diverse culinary scene of the Front Range, drawing inspiration from its fusion of regional flavors and cultural influences. It was here that Chef Cant’s passion for food, cooking and creativity blossomed into something bigger. A YouTube channel was launched to share his love of American cuisine, showcasing iconic dishes from all over the United States.
Soon thereafter, Chef Cant took his culinary vision further by turning his Coast2Coast concept into a food truck. The idea was simple but powerful: combine regional flavors with the unique tastes of the Rocky Mountain region, creating a fresh, innovative experience for food lovers. His food truck quickly became known for its bold, diverse offerings, blending the rich traditions of American cooking with his own creative twists. The Coast2Coast brand was born out of a desire to “play with food,” celebrate multicultural flavors, and bring people together over delicious meals.
Building on the success of the food truck, Brandon expanded Coast2Coast into a full-service catering and meal prep business. With a focus on delivering high-quality, fresh meals for every occasion, his team has continued to grow the brand’s reputation for providing exceptional, flavorful food that nurtures both body and soul. Whether through catering events or innovative meal prep, Coast2Coast continues to be a celebration of great food, creativity, and the joy of sharing meals with others.
